St. Andrew Spring Cleanup

Join us this Saturday, April 29th from 9am to noon for our SPRING CLEAN UP!

Bring your yard and gardening tools to weed, sweep gravel, rake, and shovel as we restore the schoolyard to a clean and safe environment for the kids.

The School Council and our Community Association will provide hot drinks and treats in the morning, and pizza and snacks from 11 to 12.

Each family that comes out and also participates in cleaning up garbage from the streets or parks around our neighbourhood will receive a Tim Horton’s gift card (limited quantities available). Bags and gloves provided on site.

We look forward to having some fun and spreading the beauty with you in our community.

Support St. Andrew School Council this holiday season

This year, St. Andrew School Council has set up some fundraising initiatives to allow our community to support the school while shopping for the holidays from the convenience of their own homes: Purdys Chocolatier and Fundscrip.

Money raised by school council helps fund classroom purchases and school activities.

Last year, funds raised by school council supported several school projects and initiatives, including helping the school purchase technology like Chromebooks and iPads; creating a makerspace room; providing a teacher allotment to help purchase items for their classrooms, including sports equipment for outdoor play; and organizing activities for the school community like the Winter Wonderland Dance and Welcome Back Bash.

Please consider supporting St. Andrew School Council while you’re doing your Christmas shopping this year by checking out these services:

PURDYS CHOCOLATIER

Shopping with this fundraiser is simple! Go to the school ordering site and follow the instructions to set up an account. Shop and pay online. Orders will be sent home with students by Friday, December 16th. To ensure all purchases are received in time for Christmas, the deadline to place your order is Monday, November 28th.
