St. Andrew’s Parent Council is pleased to announce our upcoming Resiliency and Coping Skills Workshop will take place on Wednesday, October 14th, from 6 to 9 pm. Learn new skills and get new resources to support your growing child!
This event will feature:
Keynote speaker (6 to 7 pm):
ELIZABETH PAQUETTE, Chief Psychologist, Catholic School Board
Resiliency: What Children Need to Grow and Thrive
Hands-on workshops (7 to 8 pm):
Life Stressors; Coping Strategies (CHRISTINE CALLINGHAM, Serenity Renewal for Families)
Anxiety: Supporting Your Anxious Child (JOANNE BOYD, Parent Support)
Help resources, educational tools, and Q&A (8 to 9 pm)
Free child care will be available on site.
Come for part of the evening or stay for the whole night.
